How will the Resilience Accelerator help my organization?

The Resilience Accelerator is designed support your organization in the three areas represented by the three columns above. Moving from left to right, they range from 'tactical' to 'strategic'. Through a combination of training and live sessions with domain-level subject matter experts, your ongoing access and participating is like "drip investing" in risk management. Over time, your organization will continue to develop capabilities, gain access to additional resources, and increase organizational resilience.

Midsize organizations rarely have a designated full-time risk officer. As such, the resources in the Resilience Accelerator are helpful to a range of executives and leaders such as:

How do you choose the topics for training and live sessions?

Training and live sessions within the three focus areas of prepare, anticipate, and develop are chosen based on the feedback of our members as well as our knowledge about the most pressing risks faced by leaders in midsize aerospace and defense manufacturing.

How do I ask questions?

One of the best parts of the Resilience Accelerator is your ability to ask questions related to risk management and organizational resilience. You can easily ask questions using the red help request icon or email ryan@criticalfunctions.com

Can I place comments inside of the pre-recorded courses?

Yes! As you go through pre-recorded courses and have thoughts, insights, and ideas that make the material better, feel free to leave them in the chat. Not every chat message will get a response or be saved - but you likely won't be back to see the response anyway. As such, make sure you ask questions you want answers to as requested above. Also note, after live events, both chat and Q&A are both disabled.
